Sorry the base image was so crappy, but as far as I know this is the first District 9 render out (other than signs). Also, the source has some poor contrast despite my best efforts, however it turned out usable.
Was sharpened, part of head rebuilt, levels adjusted, some colors fixed, no feather used. (Looks good for sigs)

Again, sorry about base quality.
